Hello There! My name is Lynnette and I have been an educator for a few years now. I primarily have experience with the little ones who are Pre-K. I am certified to teach K-6 which I earned before the elementary program was changed over to Pre-k through 4th grade. One of my many goals is to continue education in Pre-K. I absolutely love educating and caring for young children. I consider myself a novice teacher in regards to mastering content and refining instructional strategies. My areas of strength are classroom management, organization, leadership, communication with parents and rapport with students. Other goals are to learn how to create camaraderie with colleagues through in-house PLC's, to learn Spanish and continue education in learning how to meet the needs for students who require special education through the creation of IEPs.
